1. Information we collect

nuke.ai collects only the information necessary to provide the service: account credentials, company information (when booking a demo), and standard web telemetry — anonymized IP-derived country, page views, scroll depth, click events. We do not collect or process personal information belonging to your platform's end-users.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to operate the service, respond to demo requests, improve product quality, and meet regulatory obligations applicable to iGaming technology providers.

3. Cookies, analytics, and third-party processors

We use first-party cookies for session continuity and language preference. Anonymized usage analytics are collected via Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js, Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation). Microsoft Clarity also records anonymized session videos — cursor movements, scrolls, and click events — to help us understand how operators evaluate the platform. Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.) powers the booking calendar embedded in our demo modal. Each provider operates under its own data-processor agreement.

4. Data retention

Demo requests are retained for up to 24 months unless earlier deletion is requested. Operational logs follow standard rotation. Google Analytics 4 retention: 14 months. Microsoft Clarity retention: 13 months.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. To opt out of analytics tracking, use browser-level controls (Do-Not-Track, content blockers) or contact us. EU/UK visitors have additional rights under GDPR/UK-GDPR.

6. Data processing role and international transfers

For information collected through this website (demo requests, contact forms, analytics), nuke.ai acts as the data controller. For player and operator data processed inside deployed platform environments, nuke.ai acts as a data processor under a data-processing agreement with the operator, who remains the controller. Where data crosses borders, transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the applicable DPA — including standard contractual clauses where required — and platform data residency follows the brand's licensing jurisdiction as described on the Security page.
