Responsible gambling, default-on.
nuke.ai is a B2B platform sold to licensed gambling operators. The operator carries the regulatory obligation; the platform ships the infrastructure that lets them meet it. Every feature below is enforced server-side at the wallet/account layer — never client-side — and is configurable per jurisdiction through the Compliance Config Center.
The operator carries the license.
nuke.ai does not operate gambling brands, hold gambling licenses, or serve consumer players. Operators acquire and hold their own licenses in the jurisdictions they serve. The platform's job is to make the operator's regulatory obligations enforceable by code, not by goodwill — so the tools below are non-bypassable at the wallet/account layer and audit-logged immutably.
- 01
Deposit, loss, and wagering limits
- Per-player ceilings configurable by jurisdiction. Daily, weekly, and monthly caps; net-loss limits; wager-frequency throttles. Limits are enforced server-side at the wallet layer so they cannot be bypassed by client manipulation. Decreases take effect immediately; increases follow regulator-mandated cooling periods.
- 02
Session-time + reality checksUKGC / MGA
- Configurable session-time limits and reality-check interrupts (modal pop-ups summarizing time-on-platform and net spend). UKGC and MGA reality-check cadences pre-configured per jurisdiction template.
- 03
Self-exclusion + GAMSTOPUK (GAMSTOP)
- Operator-level self-exclusion (1 day / 1 month / 6 months / 1 year / indefinite) at the player level, with multi-brand propagation so a self-excluded player cannot register at a sibling brand on the same operator account. GAMSTOP integration default-on for UK-licensed operators — registration syncs to the national self-exclusion registry.
- 04
Cooling-off periods
- Short-term breaks (24h, 7 days, 30 days) configurable as a softer self-exclusion path. Player retains account; deposits and wagers are blocked until the cooling-off period elapses. Marketing communications suppressed during the period.
- 05
Behavioral risk scoring
- Player behavior models surface change-of-play indicators — escalating deposits, chasing losses, late-night session spikes, increasing wager-frequency velocity — and route flagged accounts into operator review queues. Models are configurable per jurisdiction and per brand; operators set the action thresholds.
- 06
Affordability & source-of-funds checks
- Pluggable affordability-check vendors (income verification, open-banking integration) integrated into the same webhook contract as KYC. Triggers configurable on cumulative deposit thresholds. Outcome flags feed the CRM segmentation layer so high-risk accounts are excluded from re-engagement campaigns.
- 07
Marketing suppression for at-risk players
- Self-excluded, cooling-off, and behavioral-flagged players are excluded from every outbound campaign in the Customer Value Hub by default. Suppression cannot be overridden at the campaign level — the gate sits at the wallet/account state, not at marketing-tool configuration.
- 08
Age and identity verification
- KYC tier-1 verification (age + identity) is mandatory before first deposit in every jurisdiction template. Configurable escalation to tier-2/tier-3 (proof of address, source of funds) on cumulative deposit thresholds. Pluggable vendor: Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Jumio, IDnow, Persona.
- 09
Player dashboards + transparencyUKGC / MGA
- Player-side dashboards expose total deposits, total wagers, net spend, time-on-platform, and limit utilization at any moment. Visibility is a regulatory requirement in MGA and UKGC jurisdictions; the dashboard is on by default in every brand.
- 10
Operator audit + reporting
- Immutable event log of every RG-relevant action (limit change, self-exclusion start/end, behavioral flag, manual intervention) exportable per regulator's reporting schema. Quarterly RG-posture reports auto-compiled per jurisdiction.

For operators: how to enable each control
Each control above is configured per brand through the Compliance Config Center. Default jurisdiction templates (UKGC, MGA, Curaçao, Anjouan, Ontario iGO, Kahnawake, Brazil) ship with regulator-mandated minimums pre-applied. Operators can tighten — never loosen — defaults through the visual configuration interface; engineering involvement is not required.
