Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to the nuke.ai website and your evaluation of nuke.ai products, including the Nucleus Suite (LTV Hub, Experience Builder, Game Aggregator, Nuke Originals). Production use of the platform — deployed brands, player traffic, payment processing — is governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and its order forms. If these terms conflict with an executed MSA, the MSA prevails for platform use.

2. Eligibility

nuke.ai is a B2B technology provider for licensed iGaming operators and entities lawfully operating within their jurisdictions. By using this site or requesting a demo, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business, and that the business holds — or is lawfully pursuing — the gambling licenses appropriate to the markets in which it intends to operate. nuke.ai does not offer gambling services to consumers, does not hold player funds on its own behalf, and does not accept registrations from individuals seeking to gamble.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use nuke.ai technology to operate in jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited; to target minors or persons enrolled in self-exclusion programs; to circumvent know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, or responsible-gambling obligations; or to misrepresent the licensing status of a brand. nuke.ai may suspend platform access where continued service would place nuke.ai or its operators in breach of applicable law, sanctions regimes, or regulator directives.

4. Compliance responsibility

Operators acquire and hold their own licenses and carry the regulatory obligations attached to them. The platform provides the tooling to meet those obligations — jurisdiction templates, KYC/AML workflows, responsible-gambling controls — but configuration choices, regulatory filings, and ongoing compliance remain the operator's responsibility. Nothing on this site constitutes legal or regulatory advice.

5. Intellectual property

nuke.ai and the Nucleus Suite — including all source code, models, designs, documentation, and trademarks — remain the exclusive property of nuke.ai. Operators receive the usage rights defined in their MSA. Brand assets generated for an operator through the platform (sites, creatives, configurations) belong to that operator as set out in the MSA. Website content may not be scraped for resale or republished without attribution; ingestion by search engines and AI assistants for answering user queries is welcome.

6. Confidentiality

Demo sessions, pricing discussions, requirement documents you share with us, and platform materials we share with you under NDA are confidential to both parties. Neither party may disclose the other's confidential information except as required by law or a regulator with jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is.” Product descriptions, performance figures, and comparison data reflect the platform and competitor materials as of their stated verification dates and may change. Service-level commitments, uptime guarantees, and support response times are contractual only when stated in an executed MSA.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nuke.ai's liability arising from your use of this website or pre-contract evaluation activities is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts (if any) you paid nuke.ai in the preceding twelve months. Liability for platform use is governed exclusively by the MSA.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product and the regulatory landscape evolve. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, for contracted operators, communicated through the channels defined in the MSA. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
